Leopolis for Future at Erasmus+ Days 2025

On October 14, 2025, the Leopolis for Future team took part in Erasmus+ Days 2025, hosted by Lviv Polytechnic National University.

 

During the online session “Partner Universities”, we had the opportunity to present our Foundation and share the story behind our mission – supporting young Ukrainians in developing their professional and academic potential through internships and educational programmes in Poland.

 

We also answered several questions from the audience, discussing how the Foundation helps participants gain international experience, expand their professional networks, and contribute to the exchange of knowledge between Poland and Ukraine.

 

It was inspiring to see such genuine curiosity and engagement from students and faculty members. Encounters like this remind us how much strength lies in cooperation – and how education and mobility initiatives can shape the future of young talents across borders. 

 

We would like to express our sincere thanks to our friends at Lviv Polytechnic National University for the kind invitation and the opportunity to take part in this inspiring event.

Leopolis for Future trainees visit the European Solidarity Centre

A permanent point on the map of the Tri-City and a place that we visit with our interns every year is the European Solidarity Centre. As every year, a visit to ESC aroused a lot of emotions among our trainees.

*The European Solidarity Center is a modern cultural institution that perpetuates the memory of our greatest civic success – the victory of Solidarity. It is a museum commemorating the Solidarity revolution and the fall of communism in Europe, but also an educational center, research and science center, archive, library and media library.

Shakespeare Festival and a visit to the Gdańsk Shakespeare Theatre

After visiting Blue Media, we rushed to the Gdańsk Shakespeare Theatre, where, as part of the 27th Shakespeare Festival, we watched a flamenco show entitled “Hamlet. The dance of the melancholic” directed by Jesus Herrera. After the show, we visited the library of the Professor Jerzy Limon, where we met with the Vice-President of the Theatrum Gedanense Foundation, Mrs. Justyna Limon.

Weekend in the Tri – City

We are already waiting on the platform where the Pendolino with our interns from Warsaw will enter in a moment. A weekend full of attractions is ahead of us. It promises to be a lot of walking, little sleep and hours of great fun.

Leopolis for Future trainees visit the City Hall in Gdańsk

On July 27, 2023, together with the Leopolis for Future interns, we paid a visit to the Mayor Aleksandra Dulkiewicz. Thank you very much, Madam President, for the many warm words and time devoted to us. We hope that we will have a chance to continue our conversation in the fall, as part of the Leopolis for Future online series.

Leopolis for Future trainees visit the Gdynia City Hall

On July 20, 2023, our interns  from Tri-City had the honor of visiting Mayor Wojciech Szczurek at the Gdynia City Hall. The meeting was held in a pleasant atmosphere, and the conversation about the future of the Ukrainian nation, opportunities and challenges facing our interns will be remembered for a very, very long time.
