We process your personal data indicated in the Labor Code or other specific acts (as per the requirements of the announcement) based on legal regulations and providing them is necessary to take part in the recruitment process. We process other personal data (e.g. image) on the basis of your voluntary consent, which you have given by sending us your recruitment application and providing it does not affect the possibility of participating in recruitment.
We may process your personal data contained in the recruitment application also for the purposes of establishing, investigating or defending against claims if the claims relate to recruitment conducted by us. For this purpose, we will process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, based on establishing, investigating or defending against claims in court or state authorities’ proceedings.
You have the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of it, rectifying data, requesting their removal, limiting processing, objecting to processing and transferring the provided data (for which you have given your consent for processing) to another data controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. Withdrawal of the consent does not affect the compliance with legal regulations of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
We process your personal data in order to recruit for the position indicated in the advertisement for a period of 12 months. In addition, we may store your personal data for the purposes of determining, investigating or defending against claims related to the recruitment process for a period of 12 months. Consent to the recruitment at the Foundation
I consent to the processing of my personal data (identifying data, data on personal status, including education, its course and results, data on financial situation and contact details) by the Leopolis for Future Foundation based in Gdańsk (Poland), registered under KRS number 0000518875 ("Foundation") for the purposes of recruitment for the Foundation's internship program, including the transfer of this data to the Foundation's partners with the help of whom the recruitment is carried out (including the university where I am studying and companies offering internships covered by the recruitment).
I confirm that I have been informed about my rights under the GDPR towards the Foundation, including the right to access my above-mentioned data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, and that granting this consent is voluntary and I may withdraw it at any time, but without granting it (or in the event of its withdrawal) my participation in the above recruitment will not be possible, and the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of this consent before its withdrawal.
Consent to be contacted by Alumni
I voluntarily consent to the Leopolis for Future Foundation based in Gdańsk (Poland), registered under KRS number 0000518875 ("Foundation"), sharing my personal data (identification and contact details) with other natural persons who have completed an internship under the Foundation's internship program, including those who have their habitual residence outside the European Economic Area - in Ukraine. I am aware of the risk of insufficient protection of my data after such transfer due to the fact that Ukraine has not been recognized by the European Commission as a country ensuring an adequate level of protection of my data, and there is a lack of appropriate safeguards in this respect specified in Art. 46 of the GDPR (including the Foundation is not bound by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission with the above-mentioned data recipients, nor by any other agreement that would allow the Foundation to control the processing of data by the above-mentioned persons after the transfer).
